The project uses our own 3D object libraries (i.e. no customization of special furniture parts/objects), and a tight schedule can only work with a timely provision of corresponding plans in FINAL dwg format, including:
– Short description of the real estate project in German, English or Spanish (ideally in MS Word or a similar word processing format, otherwise PDF),
– Mood – Do you want the design to resemble a particular style? If so please provide sample images/links.
– Site plans
– Photos of the building zone or Google Maps location
– Floor plans
– Textures/materials/colours, especially for floors, facades, walls, etc.
– Details – as long as we can reproduce them with our existing resources (e.g. 3D libraries), there will be no additional costs.
– Job description: Number of renders, render types, perspectives…
Permitted Changes
– Customer Feedback on version 1 drafts – includes 2 major changes (e.g. wall/floor colors/materials, large furniture pieces, but no new dwg files)– Customer Feedback on version 2 drafts – only small changes permitted.
Possible changes in the prices result:
– With higher resolution (e.g. VR applications),– Apartments over 200m2 (3D floor plan),
– Files that are not delivered in the appropriate format
– Delays in workflow due to lack of customer information/responses
