The delivery time depends on the size and complexity of the project, thus please be as specific as possible in your project inquiry to avoid numerous changes and project delays. A project description should define the project background, requirements, no. of properties to render, surface area, floor plan/layout, materials/textures/colors to be used, sketches, furnitures to be used (standard or alternatively customized exclusive design), interiors/exteriors, project summary.

 

Ideally you will accompany your inquiry with architecture/design files in Cinema 4D, 3D max studio, Revit (.rvt), FBX, Autocad, DWG, PDF or any other format.

 

 

 

 

 

It is quicker and cheaper if we can use our existing 3D object library to meet your decoration needs, however, if you specifically require certain designer objects (e.g. furniture) to be included, this can be done provided you supply the dimensions and photos. Tailor-made objects will be invoiced separately.

 

To ensure a timely delivery, we will share advances of our work. This allows you to confirm or introduce changes. One major change (e.g. wall/ceiling/floor color, furniture color) is allowed per room and 3 minor changes (e.g. furniture positioning, type of interior decor object).

 

Should implemented changes be insufficient, we would submit to you the estimated additional costs of introducing the additional modifications, for your approval.
